Pick the rooms your office or medical practice needs. We add circulation and the building's common-area load to show how many square feet to look for.
We started you with a typical layout. Change the room types, sizes and counts to match how your team works, or add more rooms below.
Landlords quote rent on rentable square feet. That number adds your share of the building's lobbies, corridors, restrooms and mechanical rooms on top of the space you actually use. Single-tenant buildings often have little or no load. Multi-tenant buildings in Central Massachusetts commonly run 10% to 20%. If you are not sure, 15% is a sensible starting point.
Enter your details and we will email you a 6-digit code. Once you enter the code, your estimate appears here and we send you a copy with the full breakdown.
Estimates are for planning only. Room sizes are typical industry figures. Actual space needs depend on the building's shape, column spacing, code requirements and how each landlord measures its space.
